Strategi
Research, slutförande av design och framtagning av verktyg och ett komplett strategidokument. Dokumentet definierar den strategiska riktningen för nya designen L-bike 2024.
Utveckling
Väljer ut komponenter som har den kvalitet som efterfrågas, ramens slutgiltiga geometri låses, design och simulation av kinematik för bakdämparen baseras på singel pivotuppsättning.
Prototyp
Tillverkning av prototyp för visuell justering och ”final touch”.
Test
Stresstest av konstruktionen med vibrationer, tryck och press med full dokumentation.
Produktion
Ramverket på XC L-bike 2024 är en full- carbon för att få ner vikten, designen på ramen är uppbyggd utifrån flera komponenter som limmas ihop och skapar en komplett ram. Grunden som styr storleken på ramverket är längden på topp röret. Ramen består av specialdesignade carbonrör som sammankopplas och hålls i hop med änd bitar..
Gåvor
Din gåva kommer att göra stor skillnad, alla bidrag går oavkortat till projektet som design, konstruktion, prototyp, stresstester, uppbyggnad av riktställ och monteringsjigg.
Digitala bilder på ram och design kommer att visas kort efter projektet är igång, fram till dess får ni helt enkelt lita på att det blir grymt bra.
L-bike söker i steg ett finansiering på € 70 000.

Your contribution helps us reach the various production stages in a smooth flow without interruption.
Strategy
Research, completion of design and development of tools and a complete strategy document. The document defines the strategic direction for the new design L-bike 2024.
Development
Selects components that have the quality requested, the final geometry of the frame will be locked, design and simulation of kinematics for the rear shock is based on single pivot set.
Prototype
Making prototype for visual adjustment and “final touch”.
Test
Stress testing of the structure with vibration, pressure and compression with full documentation.
Production
The frame on the XC L-bike 2024 is a full carbon to reduce the weight, the design of the frame is based on several components that are glued together and create a complete frame. The basis that controls the size of the framework is the length of the top tube. The frame consists of specially designed carbon tubes that are connected and held together with end pieces.
Funding
Your funding will make a big difference, all contributions go directly to the project such as design, construction, prototyping, stress testing, build up rack and assembly jig.
Digital images of the frame and design will appear shortly after the project is underway, until then you just have to trust that it will turn out great.
In step one, L-bike is seeking funding of €70,000.
